We carefully evaluate each resume against all of our current recruiting assignments and contact new candidates right away if their professional background fits the requirements of any of these assignments. Candidate resumes that don't meet the requirements that our clients have established for current openings are put into our Candidate Database for future consideration. This database is entirely key word searchable (including resumes and cover letters). We will contact you when/if an appropriate career opportunity does become available in the future.
